I also completely agree.
I have problem with tearing part of my calf's on long runs.
But after buying the 2XU compression socks and tights I have not experience that since.

A great review!

I saw your foam roller review and wanted to share my product information with you maybe you can do another review when my product is available to you. My name is Gary Miller and my company is launching its first 5 in 1 home and travel fitness product next month called the ProUnit Performance Trainer. Once the site is up you can find us at www.TheProUnit.com until then find us on Facebook at the ProUnit Performance Trainer.

The ProUnit is a 5 in 1 product...
1) Foam Roller
2) Ab Roller
3) Rotating Push-up handles
4) Ab Wheel
5) Stretch Strap
The other great advantage of the ProUnit is that since the tube is hollow you can put extra fitness products in the tube like fitness bands, jump rope, agility ladder, suspension straps...pretty much you can be creative even a mat wraps around outside for a place to work out on. The ProUnit Performance Trainer is the fitness tool of 2013.
We are planning to launch Feb 1st so hopefully we can share the ProUnit with you then. Until that time please like our ProUnit Performance Trainer Page here on Facebook. We would love to share content as we grow.

The CrossTrainID might be cheaper, but it sucks. I have one and it is badly scratched and hard to read because they are shiney metal instead of matte finish. I only had mine 6 mos, bought a RoadID to replace it, and noticed how much better the RoadID was right out of the box so I wrote a review on CrossTrainID about my experience with their ID. They sent me a brand new one as they guarantee their stuff also. Same deal. Even new, hard to read on the shiney metal. As is, I can't recommend them until they switch to matte finish.

I completely agree, it stops any oscillation, vibrations and feels comfortable and I feel I can perform better with them, the tights are tighter to make it easier for blood to travel back up to the heart efficiently' they also keep you let's much warmer therefore help circulation in cold weather. The reason for this is when your body gets cold your blood goes to your internal organs therefore blood I sending more oxygen to the muscles so they do oxygenate them.

A great review mate, good luck with your training.

Great question Levi. I believe that they are not allowed in USA Cycling sanctioned events (though I'm not sure.) Also, the impact on your legs isn't as hard in cycling, so I'm not sure if it's as beneficial. I will have to give it a try and let you know. Great question!

Late this year I started experimenting with becoming more of a mid to forefoot runner. Of course, I over did it and found myself with a calf strain and my doctor immediately recommended a calf compression sleeve to help with recovery. I’ve been using them every since and find the same results, my legs feel less fatigued overall and when I forget them during a run I can definitely tell a difference.

I look forward to giving the Skins a try, and will definitely opt for black.

I also had a problem with profile armrests that came on my Scott Plasma Pro. I tightened mine well beyond the the specs and still could not get them to stay put. Many times i would hit a bump in the road and my armrest would drop down. I also broke one pair of the plastic rests and they were replaced by Profile free of charge. Since then I bought the older aluminum rests and broke those. I am trying to find a set of aero bars where the armrests angle can't be changed. I know i put a lot of my weight on them but I am only 165 lbs.
